Are you ready to raise up leaders and change the culture of your organization for good?
Then you are in the right place.
Our nurses and healthcare workers are fundamental to a healthy society, but what has always been a tough industry has been pushed to the limits over the last few years. If our nurses and healthcare workers are stressed out and worn out, how can they effectively care for others?
Nurses and healthcare workers deserve a healthy work environment with effective teams. And patients deserve good experiences with better outcomes.
The good news is you can help effect positive change no matter your role in the healthcare industry. By empowering your organization, teams, and employees to become leaders and better communicators, you can help shape a healthy culture in your organization that makes your people feel seen and valued and makes them want to stay.
And that is what The Nurse Leadership Mastery Program is all about.
In The Nurse Leadership Mastery Program, I will teach the members of your organization how to:
- Understand healthy communication so that they can reduce conflict in the work place
- Learn communication styles so that they can create great outcomes for their teams, co-workers, and patients.
- Facilitate trust at every level in the organization so that people feel confident in their work
- Set healthy boundaries to protect the well-being of everyone for a more peaceful and healthy work environment.
- And so much more!
What past participants have to say ...
“The more I use the information provided the better and easier it gets to use in person! Excellent class -- would highly recommend it to others.”
- Tabitha, LNHA, Administrator
“I really enjoyed this program. When my daughter and her friend were studying for their final LPN exam, they asked me what I was learning in my class, and when I told them, they said, 'I wish this was something offered for our nursing classes!'"
- Vicky, Admin
"This program was very practical for immediate action. I loved the breakout rooms followed by feedback. We were learning, applying, and improving all within a very short timeframe.”
- Esther, RN, Holistic Health Coach
Why do you need The Nurse Leadership Mastery Program?
Because ineffective communication can create misunderstandings, missed opportunities, conflict, burnout, bullying, and high turn-over rates. Participants in this program will identify their personal communication preferences, gain understanding of the different communication preferences of others, and learn how to speak to those unique strengths with empathy and compassion.
Trust is essential for a good work environment.
Many nurses experience mistrust in the workplace. As a result, some nurses are stressed and dread going to work because they don't feel safe. They may feel they don’t fit in or like no one cares about them or values them. In this program your organization will learn how to increase trust, experience less stress, more joy and create improved outcomes for everyone.
Healthy boundaries make all the difference.
A lack of healthy boundaries in the workplace leads to stress, overwhelm, toxic behavior, anxiety, depression lack of sleep, brain fog, pure exhaustion, burnout, and compassion fatigue, just to name a few. In this program, your organization will learn how to set and communicate healthy boundaries so that they can get back to experiencing joy and fulfillment in the work they do.
Lunch & Learns create space for coaching and support.
Our live (virtual or in-person) Lunch & Learn Sessions will give your organization the opportunity to recieve additional coaching, ask any questions, and practice the strategies they have learned in the program.
Additionally, members of your organization who complete the program will have the opportunity to receive contact hours.
